Join Claude Ducloux for an in-depth discussion of the Conflict of Interest Rules, including relevant ABA model rules and the rules of many different states, including Texas, California, Florida, Ohio, and Missouri. We’ll examine central concepts of conflict of interest, how to avoid such conflicts with better skills and awareness, and highlight strategies geared towards modern practice.

Claude has served as course director and creator of numerous CLE institutes and advanced courses. 

Mr. Ducloux has a long legacy of bar service, including being President of the Austin Bar Association, and serving as Chair of almost every major bar-related entity, as well as the Texas Bar Foundation.  He is a board-certified civil trial and appellate attorney in Texas.
