Access to Justice: A Spotlight on Fair Practice Solutions

Access to Justice is no longer just a concern for the poor — today, only 23% of people who need an attorney can retain one, as traditional fee models serve only the wealthiest. The FAIR Practice Model (Financially Accessible Innovative Representation) provides a solution by utilizing smaller retainers and technology, such as 8am LawPay and 8am MyCase, to reduce overhead, enhance collections, and make legal services more affordable for the middle class. In this session, James Bogatay and Jenn Johnson with Access Legal will share how this model expands access, increases client retention, and boosts attorney revenue while addressing a nationwide crisis.
